  I was a new patient to the office, and was very taken back by the customer service I received, it was terrible, I was standing at the front desk for 5 min before I was addressed by anyone, there were 4 receptionists behind the desk, I was seen and they continued with training that was going on. After a 30 min wait I was taken into another room were I waited again 30 min before the Dr. came in, he had no idea who I was and that he was to see me!! If I was not in soo much pain I would have walked out of the office. Older lady at the front desk needs a lesson in customer service before she starts training the rest of the staff there, very disorganized. the Dr.was very apologetic and made the visit worth it, to bad you have to go the the front desk!!
