- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was at shoppers looking for a foundation for myself. The foundation I was looking at did not have a tester to see what colour is right for my skin so I decided to open up the foundation that looked like my colour which it was. Their was other testers there but none of them matched my colour. An employee came up to me and raised her voice and said "It is common sense not to open up a foundation" then rolled her eyes and walked away to talk to another employee. After that occurred, I picked up the foundation I opened and had intentions to buy it. However, I over heard an employee named STEVEN who was purposly raising his voice to the employee saying "Its common sense not to open up a product" "People discust me and are pigs". After he said that I put the product away and proceeded to the manager. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I always go to this location and now after that happened, whenever STEVEN is working I do not feel comfortable shopping there and I will be taking my business else where.by VictoriaJune 11, 2017
