- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Opening hours are ridiculous. Never busy so there's no waiting, yet one of the tellers is really rude. And what kind of banks doesn't have money! Apparently, if you want to withdraw or cash $3,000 or more, you need to inform the bank at least a day ahead. And for USD, it might take 2 to 4 days to arrange it.by ALEX JMay 06, 2017
