  This location is horrible. There are maybe 4 different people that work there and they are all very inconsistent in their answers. Customer service is a hit or a miss. Got a lecture once about how I should be buying more dry food for my cat because wet food rots their teeth. She was ringing my purchase through - 60 bucks of wet food - while she's telling me this. Lady with shorter dark wavy hair. She's been there for less than a year. Well I know she's not a veterinarian or else she wouldn't be working at a pet valu. Nobody follows the store policy that is listed on the pet valu website. Got told by Ted on separate occasions that a case discount could be applied to some wet food I got. Next I went to buy the same thing it was denied. So inconsistent. Don't shop here, I really miss the Global Pet Foods that was here before. If give them zero stars if I could.
