  Bad owner. Yesterday I went this store to return dog bowl I bought same day at Centre and Bathurst branch but the owner refused. Actually the owner wasn't at the shop, the lady at the cashier called the owner to get permission but owner refused with sanitization issue. Since that bowl was little bit challenging to my dog as bowl was for fast eating dog. The shape of the bowl was not ordinary. So I double checked if I can return it in case of my dog can't eat with that bowl. It is only $17 one but Cente branch didn't have enough selections for me to choose, that's why I decided to buy another one after returning it. I bought 2 bowls at that bad owner store which is Major Mackenzie branch and had to visit Center st. branch to return it. The centre st. branch refunded me with pleasure. I told them this story and they told me that it's nit acceptable. At the back of the receipt, there was return policy. With receipt and original packaging, return or store credit is allowed. I bought 2 bowls for about $30 and needed store credit but had to buy as that branch had fancy bowl that my daughter would like. I felt bad by buying 2 bowls at bad store by returning original bowl to good store. I'm going to keep every proofs as always negative reviews deleted by google or yelf. This is all true and let you know when you buy food bowl. How can possibly know without trying with actual dog when I buy bowl for slow eating.
