  Having been with North City now for more than 8 years I have to say I was feeling pretty comfortable dealing with them. Their response time has always been excellent, and changes to my policies were always handled in a professional and competent manner. A great company to deal with. Then I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sarah Crossman, one of their agents. Sarah not only has the fastest response time I've ever experienced, but she has provided down to earth, honest, no-nonsense information that has helped make my decision-making process a breeze. And when my plans changed slightly, Sarah was able to quickly readjust the numbers and come up with some terrific alternative suggestions. Bottom line? she saved me money and she made it easy to deal with her, and with North City. I cannot recommend this organization highly enough. If you're searching for a competitive quote on your insurance and you want to be treated like a human being in the process, give Sarah and her firm a call. You will not be disappointed (and, no, I am NOT related to her nor is she a personal friend, and I don't work in the insurance industry!!)
