When somebody is feeling ill they don't want to go somewhere they are treated horrible starting from the receptionist who was very rude and unpleasant to speak to. I think when you're a receptionist at a doctors office you should treat everyone equally and with some kind of respect. Besides that when asked to make appointments I was waiting more then 3 weeks for something that was an urgent matter. The doctor knows nothing about nothing Others may have a good experience I personally did not. the doctor lacks certain expertise, bedside manner, is fairly disorganized and surrounded by unhelpful and rude staff.by John KateFebruary 21, 2017
