  I purchased on Groupon sessions of laser hair removal for my best friend she was extremely disappointed with the service. Apparently they keep the laser on very low and go by the areas real quick so you gonna have to come back there again and again.

  I wish i saw the reviews before purchasing anything. I'm surprised they're still in business. All they care about is money money money. 0 customer service skills!

  Dishonest and extremely poor customer service!! I hope that anyone reading this will reconsider going to this place. There are many other great places in Vaughan where they value their customers. Body & Soul Clinic clearly does not value their customers!! I purchased a Groupon microdermabrasion special for my wife as a gift today and made sure that I read the fine print twice before I purchased it. My wife was also a previous customer of this location but had not been there for quite some time. My wife immediately went in person (while I waited in the car) to make the appointments. To her surprise, she was told by the receptionist that she did not qualify as the Groupon promotion was for new customers only. Upon hearing this, I read the fine print for the 3rd time, both my wife and I went back and we showed the receptionist the fine print which did not state any such thing, but rather stated you must not have been there for a period of 6 or more months. The receptionist checked my wife's last visit and it was on January 20, 2017. Since it was currently July 25, 2017, we were 5 days after the 6 month mark, however, once again, the receptionist refused to honour the Groupon promotion. She was even giving us an attitude and looking for every excuse in the book not to honour the Groupon promotion. She advised us that the Manager, Elizabeth would be calling my wife at 2pm that same day. When the Manager finally called my wife, she also refused to honour the promotion. My wife did not take it any further as we had also spoken to Groupon to raise a complaint against the Merchant and request a full refund. If you are considering this place, I would strongly recommend that you go elsewhere. In this day and age, customer service and treating your customers fairly is a major contributor in the success of a business.
